Structural Features:
Modular Design: The equipment line consists of multiple modules, including a label remover, washer, shredder, hot wash tank, and dryer, facilitating easy maintenance and upgrades.
Label Remover: Equipped with an automated label removal system, labels are quickly removed using a robotic arm or pneumatic mechanism, minimizing manual intervention.
High-Pressure Washer: Uses high-pressure water to remove dirt and residue from the inside and outside of bottles, ensuring effective cleaning.
Shredder: The blade shredder utilizes high-strength blades to pulverize cleaned plastic bottles into small particles for easy processing.
Hot Wash Tank: Utilizes a heating method, using hot water and detergent for deep cleaning, removing grease and difficult-to-remove dirt.

Working Principle:
Label Stripping: Material enters the label stripping machine through the feed inlet. The machine automatically identifies and removes labels from the bottles. The machine then automatically operates, removing the labels from the bottles and discharging them through a dedicated channel.
Cleaning: After label stripping, the bottles enter a high-pressure washer, where high-pressure water is used to clean the bottles and remove surface dirt.
Hot Washing: The cleaned bottles are transferred to a hot washing tank and immersed in hot water and detergent to further remove internal contaminants.
Crushing: The cleaned bottles enter the crusher, where blades cut them into small pellets for easy processing.
Drying: The crushed plastic pellets enter the dryer to remove excess water. Hot air circulation evaporates the water in the pellets, achieving the desired dryness.
Output: The dried plastic pellets are discharged through the outlet, ready for further processing or sale.
